For organisers

Who we support
Nepali promoters and community organisations running events in the United States. Concerts and tours, Teej and festival nights, DJ and club nights, dinners and fundraisers, community and cultural programmes.
Community and no-cost events are free to list, always — not a promotional period. A sangh running a free Dashain programme should not be paying a platform to count heads at the door.
What it costs
No platform fee today. We are not taking a cut while we are proving this works. Card processing is charged by Stripe at their standard rate, and that goes to Stripe, not to us.
If that changes it will change for future events, with notice, and never retroactively on a night already on sale.
What you get
- Doko Bot, an assistant that builds the page — from a photo of your poster or a few sentences, in minutes, and then edits it for you in plain words.
- A page designed for your event — your artwork, your colours, your story, your lineup, and a stage that moves: fireworks, marigold petals, falling stars, lanterns — or the festival's own sky: Dashain kites, Tihar diyas, Teej, Halloween, Christmas, Holi chosen for the kind of night it is, day or night, in your colour. Not a listing in someone else’s template.
- Ticket tiers with their own sales windows — early bird that opens and closes on a schedule you set, phases, per-order caps.
- Promo codes, percentage or fixed amount, with usage limits.
- A door scanner that works on the phone your staff already have. One code per person; a scanned code cannot be reused, so a forwarded screenshot is caught.
- Wristband binding for re-entry: the first scan ties the ticket to a numbered band, so someone stepping out and coming back is let through and someone with a borrowed screenshot is not.
- Custom questions at checkout — dietary needs, table groups, anything your door team needs to see when they scan.
- Donations at checkout, if you are raising alongside the ticket.
- Your money in your own Stripe account, on your own payout schedule — connected from your Payments page once GoldenDoko switches Connect on. Until then sales settle with GoldenDoko and are paid out to you after the night.
The one question we ask first
If your artwork is already printed with another platform’s link on it, we will not ask you to change it — that only confuses people who already bought. We would rather take the next one and do it properly than split your buyers across two places.
Getting started
Your page, from your poster, in minutes. Create your organiser account and drop the poster in. Doko Bot — our assistant — reads the date, the venue, the line-up and the prices printed on it into a draft, sets the page’s colour and its effects from the artwork, and asks you for the three things a poster never says: when and where to confirm, how tickets are handled, and the look. Check it, press Publish. Tell it anything else in a sentence — “doors at 8, it’s 21+”, “add a FAQ about parking” — and it changes only that. No poster yet? Describe the night in a few lines and it drafts the page.
We approve every account by hand the first time, usually within a day; nothing of yours is public before that, and after it you publish on your own. Nothing goes on sale until you say so.
